The only complaint I have is - to me, the most intriguing part of the Ted the Caver blog was the symbols / drawings on the cave walls. To me, the story could go whole different direction. I've seen a lot of movies about monsters in caves, so it's like eh.
In 2008, independent filmmaker David Hunt released a movie adaptation of the creepypasta titled "Living Dark: the Story of Ted the Caver." The next year, it was shown at several film festivals including Moondance, Little Rock B-Side, and Indie Memphis.
Floyd Collins was a caver back in the early 1900's. He got stuck in a tight crawl space and was unable to free himself. It is an amazing story that is detailed in a book called, "Trapped: The Story of Floyd Collins" (I think that was the title. I don't recall the author).
